Q: When can I expect my order to ship?

A: Ready to ship items will be mailed out in 1-3 working days and please allow up to 5-10 working days for all made to order items. Customs orders will be discussed between the maker and the client and are dependent on the scope of the project.


Q: Do you accept returns?

A: In general, no returns will be accepted. If there is an issue with your order please contact the seller within 7 days to discuss a resolution.


Q: Do you take custom requests?

A: I am open to discussing custom requests and reserve the right to decline if the request is not a good fit for whatever reason.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You may cancel an order within 4 hours of placing the order.
